You don’t have to pay for any shipping charges for orders placed on www.mahasu.co.in Most of our orders are shipped within a working day, and delivered within 6-7 days after shipping. We are committed to delivering your order on time, in a good condition and providing you with the best of the services.
In some cases, our shipment may take longer to reach you, up to 7 working days. As to shipping the order, sometimes we have to procure it from other stores or our suppliers. In case we are not able to ship any part of your order within 7 working days, we will cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and inform you via email about the same. In times like these, your payment against the prepaid order shall be refunded.
We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
While we strive hard to deliver on time, sometimes, due to the load with the couriers, there can be a delay of 2-3 days. After the product is delivered and you believe that it is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to accept the package before accepting delivery of the goods and reach out to us on our support, mentioning your order reference number. We will do our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
